The Curl Club – Terms & Conditions

 

Welcome to The Curl Club! By booking an appointment or purchasing products from us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions, which align with The State of Kuwait’s laws and regulations governing salon services and product sales. Please review these terms carefully before using our services or making purchases.

 

1. General Information

The Curl Club is a female-only hair salon and haircare retailer based in The State of Kuwait. All services and transactions carried out by The Curl Club are governed by the laws of The State of Kuwait, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Law, Commercial Law, and any other relevant regulations issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

2. Salon Services

 

Appointments: Bookings for salon services can be made through our website, by phone, or in person. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for any appointment cancellation or modification. Failure to cancel or modify within this period may result in a cancellation fee. If a client is more than 15 minutes late for their appointment, the appointment may be rescheduled based on availability, and a fee may be charged.

 

Refunds & Compensation for Services: Refunds are not offered for completed services. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify the salon immediately, and we will work with you to address your concerns, including adjustments to the service if necessary. Compensation or adjustments will only be made if a complaint is raised within 48 hours of the service.

 

Health & Safety: Clients are required to inform the salon of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect the outcome of the service. The Curl Club is not liable for any adverse reactions due to undisclosed health conditions. We strictly follow health and safety guidelines set by The State of Kuwait Ministry of Health, including the sterilization of tools and the cleanliness of our salon environment

Product Information: All products sold by The Curl Club, including hair care, styling tools, and accessories, are sourced from reputable suppliers and comply with Kuwait’s import regulations and standards.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Local Delivery: We offer delivery within The State of Kuwait, and the standard delivery timeframe is between 1-2 business days, depending on product availability and delivery location. During peak periods, delivery times may vary. We offer International delivery and the standard delivery timeframe is between 7-10 business days, depending on product availability and delivery location. During peak periods, delivery times may vary. Delivery charges will be clearly outlined at the time of checkout, and customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their delivery address. Any delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Conditions: Products will be packed securely to avoid damage during transit. However, if a product is damaged during delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Proof of damage (photos of the product and packaging) must be provided for claims to be processed. The Curl Club will not be responsible for any delays or failures in delivery due to factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or government restrictions in Kuwait.

5. Pricing & Payment

Descriptions and images of products on our website and in-store are provided for informational purposes. Packaging, labeling, or other product details may vary slightly from the displayed items. Refund Policy for Products: Refunds or exchanges are allowed only if the product is defective or incorrect (not as ordered).

 

The following conditions must be met for a product to qualify for a return or refund:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. The product must not have been exposed to uncontrolled environments, such as high or low temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight. Any product showing signs of exposure to extreme conditions will not be eligible for a refund. Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method, or a store credit will be issued. For hair products, including shampoos, conditioners, treatments, and styling products, no refund or exchange will be issued once the product has been opened due to hygiene regulations in Kuwait.

Conditions of Product Handling: All products must be stored and handled according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Haircare products are sensitive to temperature changes and should not be stored in environments where the temperature exceeds 25°C or drops below 10°C. The Curl Club will not accept returns or refunds for products that have been damaged due to improper storage or exposure to inappropriate conditions, as per the standards laid out by Kuwait’s Consumer Protection Law.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Proper Use of Products: Customers are responsible for using the haircare products sold by The Curl Club in accordance with the instructions provided by the manufacturer. Improper use may result in adverse effects or damage to hair, and The Curl Club is not liable for such outcomes.

  • Personal Information Accuracy: Customers must provide accurate contact information when placing orders or booking services. The Curl Club is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect customer information.

7. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Curl Club is not responsible for any:

  • Indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of income, business interruption, or reputation damage.

  • Adverse effects caused by the misuse of hair products or failure to follow recommended guidelines for their storage and application.

  • Injury or damage arising from the use of tools or appliances purchased from us, unless proven to be defective at the point of sale.

 

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kuwait. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kuwaiti courts.

 

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions:

The Curl Club reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website. Continued use of our services or purchases after any changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms. By using The Curl Club’s services or purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions.
